DISMISSING COMFORT FOR GROWTH

First of all, nothing comes easy in this life and in order to be able to succeed especially in a country where everyone needs a Hustle that can cater for their daily needs. In life, there are lots of ups and downs that can make people do things that are unaccountable for. In other words there are moments when you will need to sacrifice a particular thing in life as a human being so as to be able to move forward and accomplish great things. Speaking of sacrifices, it could be love, comfort, friendship, family, job, lifestyle, and so many more. There are instances where you have to give up one in order to elevate another.

For me personally, I have thought about it so far and I think the thing I need to Sacrifice to move forward is my comfort. It's not like I am not doing anything in particular to raise phones or to take care of myself to the level that I want but I see myself as wanting to do more than what I am accomplishing at the moment. All I want is not to settle for "just okay" when I know that I can aim higher and accomplish more than the present.

Letting go of that kind of comfort might be uncomfortable and difficult to attain at first, that is where my drastic change would begin. I know deep down I have great value to offer to my community and the people around me through my writing of contents online and my creating of Visual fashion contents. By comfort, I meant that I was playing safe by creating faceless contents which involves staying behind the screen and not pushing my creativity to a full level. In other words, I believe that if I give up the comfort I am have now by showing up and not holding back on my ideas, it would go a long way to boost my confidence.

In conclusion, I need to dismiss my comfort of over thinking, where I fear of pushing my creativity to the edge, fearing judgment from people both on and offline, and also holding back on ideas because they might not be perfect.
