A blog about things that makes me happy

Going about the current situations of things happening in the country and the world at large it is essential to say that people should engage in activities that brings happiness rather than sadness to their lives because everyone is on their own these days. Even the people we call friends are entitled to their privacy rather than beat bugged at every single chances. Speaking for myself, as a friend I do not see myself as someone that should be in every moment or activities of a person's life but I choose to give people's space and let them live a private life. So living with my adult life I have come to terms with activities that can keep me busy or happy or certain time.

One thing that keeps me happy is watching movies this is because it keeps me engaged giving the genre involved. I enjoy different kind of movies ranging from horror, adventure, sci-fi, love, romance, epic and so on. The Fact that with the advent of technology we do not have to go out to buy DVDs so as to play movies on the television but we can download movies from various sites at the comfort of our homes or safe spaces. As I write, I am currently watching an old movies titled vampire diaries which are enjoyed years ago, just because I am drawn to the storyline of a few episodes. Movies keeps me happy no matter the kind of genre even if it is horror they have a way of connecting me but mind and body to the characters involved.

Food is definitely another thing that makes me happy as a human being. I believe this is the same for everybody because a good delicacy is definitely good enough to spice up your day, especially when it has to do with traditionally prepared meals. When you prepare food by yourself with ingredients that are proportioned by you as a person you get a kind of satisfaction after the food is prepared and served. The accomplishment that comes with devouring a delicious meal prepared at home is definitely one of a kind.

Furthermore, nature is another activity that keeps me happy being outdoors is an interesting thing especially when the weather is cool and calm. Just as our medical professionals have stated it is essential for individuals to explore the works of nature as it reduces stress and kees are mental health s stable. For me this can involve hiking, gardening, strolling around natural paths and so on.
