I think I need it because I have not been doing it enough the last many years. It surely helps relieve stress and short circuits my tendency to overthink everything. In other words it makes for a good change of pace. 🤠

Makes sense, having a noisy overthinking mind can be more of a curse than a blessing sometimes (In my experience at least) 😁 Hopefully there will be more moments like that then, everyone deserves a good laugh now and then! 🏹

Indeed! Although mine is not so much noisy as it is full of long winded thoughts and drawing associations between things. Kind of like a constantly unfurling tapestry of ideas if that makes sense.

Oh! On a different note I realized that most of that music is older stuff. No promises but I am going to try to get some of the newer stuff uploaded from the previous decade which has more of the mashups in it.
