At first I thought the drawing on your hand was henna but alas it was just ink. Have you ever tried doing any henna art? You might find it quite enjoyable.

Have done a little bit of henna drawing, way back when, not sure where to find it around here though, might need to ask around about it. At least it'll tide me over till I can afford more real tattoos. 🤣
