Los primeros días del año lo que ha resultado más importante para mí ha sido la necesidad de autoevaluarme, revisar mi rendimiento a lo largo del año que acaba de terminar. Más allá de las fiestas decembrinas, meditar en el tiempo que se acaba de ir y en aprovechar las nuevas oportunidades que brinda el nuevo año es un balance que considero muy importante para mi evolución y crecimiento personal. He venido haciendo esta revisión desde hace unos seis años, donde los últimos dos años he compartido mi experiencia en el blog. Un nuevo año termina y la evaluación es vital para reconocernos, reflexionar, para mejorar, incentivar e impulsar el nuevo año con toda la mejor energía.

During the first days of the year, what has been most important for me has been the need to self-evaluate, to review my performance throughout the year that has just ended. Beyond the Christmas holidays, meditating on the time that has just gone and taking advantage of the new opportunities offered by the new year is a balance that I consider very important for my evolution and personal growth. I have been doing this review for about six years now, where the last two years I have shared my experience on the blog. A new year ends and the evaluation is vital to recognize ourselves, to reflect, to improve, to encourage and promote the new year with all the best energy.

El hábito que he venido realizando ha sido llevar mis tareas por semanas durante todo el año, 52 semanas en total, la cual realizo cada lunes un Porcentaje de Rendimiento cada lunes, por lo que, cierro una semana y organizo la siguiente. Para final de año saco mi average anual, cosa que en los primeros años no calculaba; ahora la idea es mejorar el rendimiento del año anterior. En los primeros años, realizaba las tareas de manera manual, escribía es papel reciclaje, luego lo empecé a realizar detrás de las facturas que me entregaban los comercios. Unos de los cambios más relevantes de este año es que conocí la plataforma Notion y desplacé toda mi agenda a lo digital. Notion es una plataforma para organizar tareas, me fascinó al conocerla, me ha permitido planificar mi semana con mayor agilidad a nivel personal y profesional; ha sido llevar mi agenda al siguiente nivel, reduciendo la cantidad de papeles en mi escritorio.

The habit that I have been doing has been to keep my tasks by weeks throughout the year, 52 weeks in total, which I do every Monday a Performance Percentage every Monday, so I close one week and organize the next one. At the end of the year I take my annual average, which in the first years I did not calculate; now the idea is to improve the previous year's performance. In the first years, I used to do the tasks manually, I used to write on recycled paper, then I started to do it behind the invoices given to me by the stores. One of the most relevant changes this year is that I got to know the Notion platform and moved my entire agenda to digital. Notion is a platform to organize tasks, I was fascinated to learn about it, it has allowed me to plan my week with greater agility at a personal and professional level; it has been taking my agenda to the next level, reducing the amount of papers on my desk.

Lo digital me permitió añadir y especificar algunas cosas, como los detalles a realizar de cada tarea, el día que adelanto o ejecuto la tarea y hacer las marcas con más espacio y orden. Este ha sido mi primer año llevando mi organización de manera digital, lo chévere es que puedo guardar y organizar el año anterior sin perderlo. Han sido muchas ventajas de haberme pasado al organizador de Notion, porque además he podido incorporar aspectos importantes aparte de las tareas semanales, actividades que complementan y aportan en mi día a día, semana tras semana. Por ejemplo, llevar un control de mis deudas y de mis cuentas por cobrar, evaluar mi dedicación en el estudio, avances de mi proyecto musical, plantear un plan de vida y repasarlo cada semana, las publicaciones de Hive, entre otras actividades; lo más maravillo es que está todo en un solo espacio, solo necesito conexión a internet.

Digital allowed me to add and specify some things, such as the details to be done for each task, the day I advance or execute the task and make the marks with more space and order. This has been my first year of keeping my organization in a digital way, the cool thing is that I can save and organize the previous year without losing it. There have been many advantages of having switched to the Notion organizer, because I have also been able to incorporate important aspects apart from the weekly tasks, activities that complement and contribute to my day to day, week after week. For example, I can keep track of my debts and accounts receivable, evaluate my dedication in my studies, the progress of my musical project, plan a life plan and review it every week, Hive publications, among other activities; the most wonderful thing is that it is all in one space, I only need an internet connection.

Dentro de mi reflexión del año pasado, en esta misma tarea del 2022, me percaté que había perdido mi gusto por la lectura, lo que decidí retomarlo este año. Mi crecimiento como persona se potenció en gran medida con la lectura, me enfoqué en la lectura, sobre desarrollo y evolución personal y sobre el éxito, complementando la información adquirida con la escucha de podcast. Ha sido una necesidad transformar mi vida desde adentro, con la reprogramación mental. Gran parte de mi vida tomó un giro increíble, brindándome grandes satisfacciones y buenos resultados. No tengo duda que mi vida ha mejorado enormemente, gracias a mi cambio de mentalidad y a aprender a mirar todo desde un lado más positivo. Ha sido maravilloso.

In my reflection last year, in this same task of 2022, I realized that I had lost my taste for reading, which I decided to resume it this year. My growth as a person was greatly enhanced by reading, I focused on reading, on personal development and evolution and on success, complementing the information acquired by listening to podcasts. It has been a necessity to transform my life from within, with mental reprogramming. Much of my life took an incredible turn, giving me great satisfaction and good results. I have no doubt that my life has improved enormously, thanks to my change of mentality and learning to look at everything from a more positive side. It has been wonderful.

El progreso del 2023 ha sido más interno que externo, aunque se ha manifestado en mi realidad de muchas formas y maneras, me ha dejado mucha gratificación. Realizando el cálculo de rendimiento 2023, al compararlo con el año anterior me di cuenta de que había cometido un error en el %Red_2022. Por algunos inconvenientes personales, a finales del año 2022 se me dificultó sacar mis tareas semanales, solo llevé con orden 44 semanas, por lo que cometí el error de hacer el cálculo para el promedio anual con las 44 semanas y no con las 52 que tiene el año, teniendo como resultado 65,01%. El resultado real, tomando en cuenta las 52 semanas, debió ser: %Red_2022 = %55.01. Por lo tanto, mi rendimiento para el año 2023 respecto al año anterior ha subido en 2,78 puntos porcentuales. He utilizado la fórmula general para el cálculo del promedio, a saber:
