Building it up.

Numbers. I've been..., no sorry, I've felt myself lucky to manage numbers easily so far.

Not that it is quite an achievement or anything like that, just a small skill not everyone has, though many people do. Still, my wife doesn't and some other allergic ones(to numbers )I know.

I studied accountancy, not that I liked it very much, in deed I didn't even know what it was about, except for some advances I was given at the time I was about to make the 5 choices of what I wanted to study( yes, we got to make 5 choices to get one out of an average that was formed but the points one had accumulated in school tests over the previous courses and the ones obtained after doing the final tests before getting into college). Accountancy was my 4th choice after English Language, Rights and Psychology, at the time I only liked languages for sure, everything else was blurring in my mind, I took the 2nd and 3rd risks though. The advances given showed me it (accountancy) had to do with numbers. So, WTF I'll take it, I can handle numbers Anyway,

That's what I thought after the career was given to me and being thankful not to get Rights or Psychology, I didn't actually liked them.

Anyway, this ain't about that and still might has something to do with it.

Everything must be built, both tangible and intangible. Achivements or houses, bridges or personalities, they require a building process that contain, well, some other inner and previous processes as well.

It happens the same way with accountancy and numbers in any organization or busyness, it takes some building tasks at the begining and then some building reinforcements to maintain the built system properly working as required, desired or needed.

The first steps, though there is a common procces according to the stablished concepts, requires a design that suits to your needs(meaning the organization's or busyness's)

That's what I've been up to these days. The thing is that, finding a job here latley, has been not that easy, I've been up to that for the last few months as well, without any luck until last week.

Tomorrow will be pretty(it's the translation of the sign)

This is a small busyness( a bar-restaurant) the one am referring to, sort of a familiar one, though we are no family, neither the owners nor the other workers. Before turning into this it was a house and also recently there was a fire in the house next door that seriously affected the busyness. I wasn't still here, now there is no sign left that might suggest a fire alnost take the whole place down.

My role is to design, execut and sustain an accountancy and human resources control system that suits to both, the owners needs and the legal requirements that stand today in our country.

I'd like to be a programmer now. It would probably be very helpful. I manage one thing or two on computers but not enough to design a program with all the details my accountant mind can create and that I also need it to contain.

The thing is I want it to work and run some conditional analysis and functions automatically aimed at inventory control, tracking and movements that would be linked to a "production procces" (to give it a name, cause it's no actually that) and to sales. I can get the design to an acceptable spot and then operate the rest manually as I am daily introducing data, it's an option, it would have been cooler the automatically whole running idea though.

AI?

Yeah, I could use it and maybe it would work perfectly as I require, but I wouldn't completely understand the functioning of it cause I didn't build it up and wouldn't be able to make any adjustments or modifications if necessary, cause I didn't build it up and no matter how good it could be, it wouldn't be my creation. So, I'll stick to the "set the program with the as far as I can manage automatically running required details" and deal with the rest in a less automatic way that still'd be worked on the program manually.

At least that way it would be my creation, I could understand everything in it and wouldn't have to be studying it, plus I could make any change whenever I need it, cause I was the one building it up.
