Colorful Taflanaltı Street/Rengarenk Taflanaltı Sokağı

Greetings everyone. Today, I'll be telling you about Giresun, the city I visited with my brothers on Sunday. Giresun is 2 hours and 20 minutes from our own town. Our destination was Tirebolu, a district of Giresun. It was a place I'd heard about before and was curious about. We took the opportunity to spend a wonderful day with my brothers this weekend.

Bugün sizlere kardeşlerimle pazar günü gittiğim ili Giresun’u anlatacağım. Giresun kendi ilçemize 2 saat 20 dk uzaklıkta. Hedefimiz Giresun’un Tirebolu ilçesiydi. Daha önce duyduğum merak ettiğim yerlerden biriydi. Haftasonunu fırsat bulup kardeşlerimle güzel bir gün geçirdik.

We set out around 7:30 a.m. The rainy weather made it a bit difficult, but it was worth the trip. When we arrived in Giresun, we chose a place I'd known before for breakfast, a retired colleague's. This cafe had a nostalgic feel. Books, graffiti, an old chair, an old-fashioned telephone, and so on, added to the atmosphere. Our teacher was a bit of a pain because he was running a business near the windmill. But I got up and helped him when he served us. He was so warm and welcoming.

Sabahın saat 7.30 gibi çıktık. Hava durumunun yağmurlu olması biraz zorladı. Ama gittiğimiz yere değdi. Giresun’a geldiğimizde kahvaltı yapmak için daha önce bildiğim emekli meslektaşımın yerini tercih ettik. Bu cafe nostalji havasında idi. Kitaplar, duvar yazıları, eski koltuk, eski usül telefon vs. Bunlar ayrı bi hava katmıştı. Hocamız yel başına işlettiği için biraz zorlanıyordu. Ama bize servis yaparken kalktım yardım ettim. Bu kadar samimi de bi yakınlığı vardı.

After breakfast, we set off again. Our destination was Tirebolu. The rain had fallen a little more when we arrived there. After a short wait, we got out of the car. We began our journey through the light rain and the cold. Taftanaltı Street in Tirebolu is a tourist area. It's open at certain times weekly to avoid disturbing the locals, who live there. It opens every day at 11:00 and closes at 9:00 PM. The colorful streets are incredibly peaceful. On the walls were pictures left by tourists. And there were plenty of pictures of our ancestor, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and our flag.

Burada kahvaltıdan sonra tekrar yola koyulduk. İstikamet Tirebolu idi. Tireboluya gittiğimizde yağmur biraz daha bastırdı. Biraz bekledikten sonra araçtan indik. Hafif yağmur ve soğuk etkisinde gezmeye başladık. Tirebolunun Taftanaltı sokağa turistlik bir bölge ç. Burası haftalık belli saatlerde açılıyor. Sebebi ise halk orada yaşamlarını sürdüğü için rahatsız olmamaları için. Hergğn 11:00’de açılıp 21.00’de kapanıyor. Rengarenk sokakları aşırı huzur verici. Duvarlarda bazı turistlerin bıraktığı resimli kareler vardı. Ve bizim atamız Mustafa Kemal ve bayrağımız ile ilgili bol bol resimler vardı.

The floors, walls, and balconies, along the three streets, are beautifully colored. It reminded me a bit of Istanbul. Artists have painted pictures on the walls that truly express their artistry. This place left a special memory for me. The weather and colors were magnificent. It's definitely a must-see. We didn't stay long because tomorrow was a workday. We left. We stopped by the blue lake on our way. It was very cold here, so we didn't stay long. We walked a bit. We got back in our car and headed back home. Thanks for reading.

3 sokak eşliğinde yerler, duvarlar, balkonlar çok güzel renkli hale getirilmiş. Biraz bana İstanbul’u anımsattı. Duvarlarda ressamlar sanatları konuşturacak resimler çizmişler. Burası bende ayrı bi anı bıraktı. Havası, renkleri muhteşemdi. Mutlaka gelinesi yerlerden biri. Yarın iş günü olduğu için çok kalamadık. Buradan çıktık. Yolumuzun üzeri olan mavi göle uğradık. Burası çok soğuk olduğu için uzun kalmadık. Biraz yürüdük. Aracımıza binip eve dönmek üzere yola çıktık. Okuduğunuz için teşekkürler.
