These photos are taken 6 months apart, one in March, one in September. You might argue that these are both the shoulder season, autumn and spring, as the tree sheds it's leave and before it starts to blossom again, but two seasons filled with promise, seperated by 6 months of cold and cloud and nakedness with hope, without promise.
