Two photos alike in subject if not much else

This is taken in September, early spring in this part of the world, early afternoon and the light is still a little soft. An aperture which is smaller than it probably shouldn't have been at F5, which of course means a super quick shutter speed of a 1000th of a second an at 36mm it's pretty much what you see with the natural eye. The subject a smallish office building wrapped in glass, not just any glass this is transparent solar panels, to harness the power of the sun.

Here we see another small office building, greatly effected by the sun, but instead of harnessing the power we now have a web of shades to keep that harsh sun back out. Now it's winter, and those shades are probably not really needed, and this is what winter looks like here, cold but clear skies, perfect of photography. A more reasonable F9 for this shot, and a still plenty quick for hand held shots 1/250 shutter. And a reasonably wide angle of 27mm.

So two buildings alike and two shots which are made differently but the outcome is similar
