The Final Four Shots of Djerba Island

It really does take me a long time to get through a holiday's photos, I'm conscious my trip to Tunisia was 6 months ago and I still haven't posted all the photos, I'm getting towards the end, some days done, so almost, and after this post another folder down.

It gets harder and harder, other shots, newer shots need to go up, also I don't want to be one note, I like to mix it up, keep people guessing, like a desk bound, later posting Carmen Sandiego, but here we are the last four photos I have of my couple of days on Djerba Island, which is off the East coast of Tunisia in the Mediterranean Sea, a strange mix of berber culture, a bit of upmarket white washed Mediterranean architecture, and a Jewish Synagogue.

Let's start with this house? We drove past this on the way in and then walked back to it from our accommodation, I think it was someone's house, I didn't want to get too close, I'm not that Creepy, but I love the fairytale medieval vibe crossed with the Arabic writing.

Here are some more houses, this time in 'Djerbahood' which is a place all tourists go to look at street art, and imagine what it would be like to live in one of these houses.

This is the sort of shot only I take, playing with shapes in the everyday - is it interesting? Maybe.

And as promised the courtyard in the Synagogue
