Like some sort of Bond villain's lair if for some particular reason James Bond's arch nemesis had decided to more to Australia and like in the bush (and for some reason had quite large car park in front of said lair, although maybe one of the key issues for villians is parking requirements for their goons)
I mean all good hideouts need to be octagonal (at least, maybe this has 12 , 14 or 16 sides) and it has to have some very very dark glass.
Oh and it should be on a hill. A little like a castle what is the point of all that gladd if you aren't perched upon high to see you enemies coming?
