I Am Alive Challenge - Day 582

Hello All,

Hope you all are doing good and safe.

Todays was another day of travel but not as much as I have been doing since last few days. Day started with a very intense workout. My body is still soar and I am feeling pain but this is good kind of pain so I like it.

Her nephews received year end results today so we took them out for lunch. There were very excited as they loved south Indian food. We all enjoyed the food. The only disappoint was that the restaurant did not had a softy ( icecream in a con) corner.

We checked a few other places as well but no one had it. So we decided to go back home without it but decided to keep an eye on road side to check if there is anyone on cart selling ice cream. Luckily we found one and every one enjoyed the sweet delight.

In the evening I clicked this amazing red sun picture. I have not seen the sun so red in last few years.

With these words, I am sharing day 582 post of my I am alive challenge.

Sounds like you had quite an eventful day.
Starting with an intense workout and ending with a beautiful sunset picture, what a balance of energy and calmness.
