USING MY TIME WISELY//PALM MAKING ON MONDAY MORNING

It's Monday
A day most people see as new day for workers but actually all day is idle for people who love to earn like me,I am.someone that don't play with a seconds of my moments,Truly a rest day should be set aside to rest and stay with family but as a man and with the current situation of the country,human need to work harder to earn for living.Moday is special day which I like to work and sell market from.my workshop.
When I was in shop this morning,I decided to keep my self busy crafting a cover palm slippers to display for my client to purchase it .I was happy crafting the footwear because shoemaking is part of me and I love making and crafting a lot

THE MAKING
This is how I made the palm below
Upper making
Cut a cover palm design and fold the edges before applying gum to both the upper and linen to make it thicker then we move to our filing machine for sewing the edges.

Insoles/ sole making
This is the cutting of the Nora to client size which we will apply gum to the Nora and Marko 4 then we will wet the edges of the Nora round to make the sole ready and insole

Lasting step which we will apply gum to the upper and the insole then last using a wooden last to make the palm ready to be displayed
