SHOE LEARNING AND ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS//APPREHENTICE ATTEMPT GOES WRONG

Good day fellow hive learner
today I want to introduce to you "The method learning and how to become a boss , learning is a sequence and perform to attain a particular target.Let me go straight to the point because practice do make perfection,life is all about trial and error but alot of people loose hope after they make a trial and fail.
This post is all about one of my novice shoemaker apprehentice which is attempt in making a palm for himself goes wrong and lost of finance used to buy the materials.
HOW HE MAKE THE PALM.WITH MATERIAL

MATERIAL
An open and close sole
buckle
nude leather
thick linen

PROCESS
Firstly cut out the upper Design and apply gum for Linen and gum together then move to the sewing machine for proper sewing.
After sewing we will file the edges of the leather and last by applying your buckle and last to the open and close sole to make the palm easy to wear for client.

Now the boy was amazed wen he is done with the palm but as his boss,I correct and explained more for him on the making of the palm

Corrected areas

1. cutting of the leather not straight
2. poor sewing
3. lasting error

APPREHENTICE ARE MEANT TO DO MISTAKE AMD BE CORRECTED BY HIS OR HER BOSS,IT MAKE HIM PERFECT AMD STRONGER
