El sábado fue un día de cuidados personales muy necesario. Entré en el salón de Kilo, listo para renovar mi aspecto y mi estado de ánimo. El ambiente era animado: risas, charla y el característico zumbido de la secadora, que resulta muy relajante, a diferencia de otras secadoras que podrían quemarte la cabeza. Mi estilista, el señor Alex, estaba de buen humor; nos reímos con los demás clientes, lo que hizo que el tiempo pasara volando.

Hay algo muy gratificante en saber que tienes un aspecto bueno; te pone de buen humor. Cuando terminé, me sentía nueva, no solo por fuera, sino también por dentro.

Aunque los sábados son muy ajetreados para mí, también son una oportunidad para parar, relajarse y darse un capricho. Un refresco de corona es un espíritu renovado.

Yesterday, Saturday, was a much-needed self-care day. I stepped into the salon at Kilo, ready to refresh my look and spirit. The atmosphere was lively— full of laughter, chatter, and that familiar hum of dryer, which is really soothing, unlike some dryers that would want to burn out your skull. My hairstylist, Mr. Alex, was all smiles; we shared jokes along with the other customers, which made the hour fly by.

There's this good feeling you get knowing that you look good; it lifts my mood. By the time I was done, I actually felt brand new— not just on the outside, but also within.

Although Saturday is a very busy day for me, It is also an opportunity to pause, relax, and pamper myself a little. A crown refreshed is a spirit renewed.
