The fun I had at the youth love feast

Hi everyone, I am About to share with you the fun event I've had this year so far. 🤗 Enjoy! This year so far we have had a couple of events, but the most fun part of it was having a youth love feast in church, which was held in February of this year.It also happens every beginning of the year.

I attended the Church of Christ, and the youth had been organizing a youth live feast every year for the past 5 years now, but I found this year's one more interesting and fun. Love Feast is all about vibing together, getting to know each and every one, and telling about themselves what they do in case anything has changed since the past year of the program before the new one. The program makes us reconnect more, exchange gifts, play different games, and, for the most part, eat new food, like everyone will cook their dialect food and bring it to the program where we will eat and taste as much as we can 🤪.

Of course this year's is a banger full of fun.We started with prayer and went deep down to the game.We had about 30 youth present, and one of us hosted us at her apartment because we decided to change the venue so it would Be more like hangout, and we did.We get to the induction part, which is always long and captivating because each and every one of us introduces themselves and talks about themselves. You can imagine how long… 30 people, but it was interesting listening to it all, trust me.

Then we played a game called "Bible Character." Each person picked a paper with an alphabet written on it, and we were asked different questions. I picked letter D, and I was asked to mention a male character I would like to go on a date with and why 😄, so I picked David because he's a king, and I will be treated like a queen 🥰😁.

So it goes round like day, which 3 youths won individually because of how fast and satisfyingly they answered the question.

Moving on to the next game, which I participated in, and guess what? I won! 😄 The instructor will be calling out items that were put at the front, and we must jump to the column line of whatever he calls. Like, if he calls "James," we will jump to James's column. Whoever gets confused and jumps to the wrong column will be out of the game, so I won. I was so happy! 😁

The next game was a substance game. They put like 6 different substances in small plates and blindfolded the participant so the participant would have to feel the substance and call the name of it. Well, it was fun also, and out of the people that participated, a male youth got it right and got his gift.

Now the part of exchanging gifts I love that part too. You bring a gift, and at the beginning of the event, you drop the gift, and when it is time to exchange gifts, they will have numbered all the gifts, and we will pick paper. Whatever number you pick will be the gift number you pick. If you bring no gift, you will not be able to collect except for the general gift that will be shared.

So the foodie part 😋. Omoh, now serve yourself óò.I ate 3 different meals that day. I ate afang soup and garri, black soup, and potatoes porridge well garnished. It was all delicious, and I enjoyed it.

Youth love feasts always give the chance of experiencing new things, which I love most. Then the program came to an end officially before we started the after-party. It was so fun, guys; I had a great time, and I received 3 gifts that day. the exchange gift, the souvenir gift, and the gift given to us by the committee of the program.
