TEACHER AUTONOMY.....

Shaykh-ul-Adab-wal-Fiqh teacher Maulana Aizaz Ali Noorullah would come to the classroom after the Fajr prayer to teach "Hidayah Al-Khalin" and would teach for two and a half hours in his high-pitched voice with such interest and effort that the students would get lost in it, unaware of the world and the world. .

Hazrat Maulana had read this book at least twenty times, but even so he would never read it without studying it. If a student asked a question after reading the margin of the book, instead of giving an answer, he would say to him, "Maulvi Sahib, the answer is there where you have asked the question." Expect to ask questions. During teaching, he used to look for such students who were hardworking, eager to study and needy. He would either call them to his study room or go to their rooms himself, after greeting them, check their well-being and hide them as much as possible. After giving the aid money, they would greet and leave. Always refrain from accepting gifts and offerings. I heard from one of my companions that after much persuasion, he presented a valuable handkerchief in the service of Hazrat Maulana, which he accepted with great difficulty. Due to some mistake, this student was declared deserving of punishment by Darul Uloom. Five months later, the same student appeared in the service of Hazrat Maulana in his same case and approached him with his problem. Hazrat Maulana, instead of replying, got up, opened the cupboard and returned the gift which was still kept in the cupboard, thanked him and said, "Use it on my behalf" then said, "You apply according to the rule." I am here for whatever help is possible. Only His Highness had the right to pardon this punishment by special authority. Hazrat Maulana presented his petition and requested sympathy from Mahatmam Sahib. In this way, that student was acquitted. Then Hazrat Maulana reached his room and first apologized to him for the pain he had caused due to his harsh behavior. After that he was given the good news of acquittal.
