Hi again! How are you? I hope you are doing great. Welcome to my short diary for Thursday, May 08, 2025.

The last workday of the week, Thursday, wasn't a hectic one for me. I consulted a little over 20 patients in my chamber. There was no emergency case! In the visa medical section, a good number of people came for the fitness test. I examined some of them.

At home, I could walk on the treadmill before lunch. I couldn't do the second walk at night. However, I did over 11.5k steps on Thursday. I had a short afternoon nap before joining the evening shift duty!
