Hi there. How are you? I hope you are doing great. Welcome to my Post. Below, you will find-

Weekend Diary

It was a restful weekend. In the morning, I had a pretty long second round of sleep after finishing reciting Surah Al-Kahf. I woke up at around 9 am. After breakfast, I did some house chores. I also played with my elder kid and cared for the younger one while my wife was busy cooking.

After 11:45 am, we went to the mosque to offer the Jummah prayer. It ended in one hour. After lunch, I worked on the laptop for some time before taking an afternoon nap.

In the afternoon, after 6 pm, I took my son to a nearby park. He enjoyed the swing most and spent most of the time on it. He also enjoyed the sliding. We returned home in 45 minutes.

In the evening, after the Maghrib prayer, we went to the Lulu Hypermarket for the Friday market. We purchased groceries, vegetables, dry foods, a few clothes, diapers, etc. We returned home after 9 pm.

There was an unusual electricity failure for around 45 minutes on Friday night. It's not a common thing at all. So, we just sat keeping our mobile's flashlight on. We had our dinner only after the light came back.

Afterwards, I worked on the laptop for a while and published the weekly leadsleap earning report. Later, I went to sleep after 11:30 pm.

Extra Titbits

It could be a new one or a reminder

Health Titbit

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM): A Leading Cause of Sudden Death in Young Athletes

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is the most common cause of sudden cardiac death in young athletes. Simply put, HCM occurs when the heart muscle, particularly on the left side of the heart, becomes abnormally thick.

Symptoms of HCM include chest pain, shortness of breath, irregular heart rhythms, and, in severe cases, sudden cardiac arrest during or after physical activity.

HCM is a genetic condition that tends to run in families. Suppose there is a family history of sudden death in a young person. In that case, other family members—especially those involved in physically demanding activities, such as athletes—should undergo medical screening for this potentially life-threatening condition.
