My Wednesday Diary | Alive and Thriving on July 16, 2025 | An Easy Day at Work

Hi there. How are you? I hope you are doing great. Welcome to my Post. It's the alive and thriving report on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

After a long time, we finally got some rain on Wednesday afternoon. It was short-lived! We hope that we will get rain regularly so that the temperature will come down a bit. I forgot to take a picture of the rain. I captured a few cloudy sky photographs, before the rain!

I walked on the treadmill for around 25 minutes after lunch on Wednesday. It was a walk after a break of almost a week without any walking. This helped me make 11,179 steps on the day!

At work, it was a pretty easy day. I had only 13 patients in my chamber. There was no emergency case! I examined some people who came for the visa medical fitness test.

Okay. That's all for today. Alhamdulillah, I am alive, healthy, and thriving. How about you?

It's good that it finally rained.
Although it was little, it was surely a relief after heat.

Rain brings favourable condition. As it rains at least the intense of the hot weather will be cold and calm and the environment will be more comfortable.
