First Workday After Vacation | Alive and Thriving on Feb 15, 2025

Hi there. How are you? I hope you are doing great. Welcome to my short diary for Saturday, February 15, 2025.

After returning to Oman, I joined my work on Saturday. It was in my regular place of work. I consulted 33 patients in my chamber on Saturday. Hence, it was an average busy time at work! In the visa medical section, only a handful of people came for their fitness test. I examined some of them.

Saturday morning, I skipped the morning sleep but I had a power nap in the afternoon. In between two shifts, we went to the Lulu hypermarket to purchase some items.

After 9 pm, I could walk on the treadmill for around 20 minutes. It helped me reach 11,000 plus steps on Saturday.

Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
