Duty in Two Clinics | Alive and Thriving on Feb 26, 2025

Hi there. How are you? I hope you are doing great. Welcome to my short diary for Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

On the morning shift, I was a reliever doctor in another clinic. It started at 8:30 am. However, it takes around 15 minutes to get there by car. It was a relaxing shift where I consulted only 8 patients in 4 hours and a half. In between, I had to go to my kid's school, pick him up, drop him at home, and return to duty.

On the evening shift, I was in my regular chamber. It was quite a busy time. I consulted 28 patients in 4 hours and a half. I also had to examine some people (over 10 at least) who came for the visa medical check-up.

In the morning, before joining duty, I could walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes. However, I failed to take 10,000 steps on Wednesday!

Okay. That's all for today. Alhamdulillah, I am alive, healthy, and thriving. How about you?

I would have fallen asleep at the other clinic. But I remember you are the lazy doctor, I mean that only because that is what you told me, no disrespect.
