Another Relaxing Workday! | Alive and Thriving on Mar 23, 2025 | Ramadan 23

The month of Ramadan is coming to an end. Only 6 days remaining. It's the best month for the Muslims. Every good deed's rewards are multiplied in many folds during this month. Doing Umrah (visiting Musjid al-Haram at Makka) is one of the best deeds at any time. However, doing Umrah in the month of Ramadan comes with extra blessings and rewards. Hence, many Muslims choose Ramadan time to do the Umrah.

The Masjid al-Haram is always full of Muslims. During Ramadan, the number of visitors increases significantly. So, the chances of catching a viral illness also increase here. Recently, I have been getting a few patients with flu symptoms who returned from Umrah! It's quite a common phenomenon.

On Sunday, I consulted 16 patients in my chamber. In the visa medical section, I examined some patients who came for the fitness tests.

At home, as usual, I had a morning sleep and an afternoon nap. According to the Fitbit app, I made 9962 steps on Sunday.
