Another Hectic Tuesday I Alive and Thriving on Dec 03, 2024

Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's a short diary on Tuesday, Dec 03, 2024.

It was another super busy and hectic day at work. In the morning shift, it was a bit relaxing when I consulted 23 patients. However, the evening shift was completely different. I consulted 41 patients during that shift. Altogether, I consulted 64 patients in my chamber on Tuesday. A little over 30 people came for the visa medical check-up.

Of 64 patients, there was a 32-year-old patient. He came with a cold, cough, and fever. But, he was unique because of his body. He was like an elephant 🐘 lying on a bed. I didn't measure but I asked him about his body weight. He was over 200 kg!! I asked him why didn't he go for the surgery. It was due to the fear of surgical complications including death. He is already leading a complicated life!!!

I couldn't walk on the treadmill today. After returning home from the clinic, I was quite exhausted already. However, I was able to make 8.5k plus steps too.

Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?

Consulting 64 patients in one day is no small feat.
The 32-year-old patient you mentioned must have been quite a unique case.
It's understandable that he's hesitant about surgery given the risks, but it's sad to hear how challenging his life already is.
Hopefully, he can find a solution that works for him.
Take care of yourself too amidst such a hectic schedule.

Handling 64 patients in a day is crazy, I wonder how you manage that and still be able to show up here every day.
But I guess you are doing what you love doing 😊
