An adult patient came to me on Monday. He was feeling blockage in both of his ears. He suspected that a piece of cotton might be inside of his right ear canal. I examined his ears with an otoscope. I saw the piece of cotton in his right ear canal, but it was deep inside, close to the eardrum. On his left ear, there was something, similar to ear wax! He asked to clean his ears. I could bring two pieces of cotton, one from each ear, successfully, Alhamdulillah. It's not uncommon that a piece of cotton is left behind while a person does ear cleaning at home with a cotton bud!

Besides the above-mentioned patient, I consulted 29 more patients in my chamber. Alhamdulillah, there were no emergency case. One of the last patients came with chest pain and vomiting. His ECG showed some abnormalities. However, a cardiac enzyme test confirmed that it wasn't an acute MI case! Hence, I could go home on time!

I was a bit lazy at home on Monday. I skipped the treadmill walk. Hence, I couldn't make 10k steps. I also had an afternoon nap!
