A very hot Wednesday | Alive and thriving | Actifit Report number 924

Hello, again! Assalamu Alaikum. How are you? I hope that you are fine. Welcome to my post. It is my Actifit report number 924. It is also today's Alive and Thriving report.

It is a very hot 🔥 day today. It is quite difficult to stay outside even for a few minutes, especially in the mid-noon. The problem for me is that the morning shift finishes at 1:30 pm. Today when I was walking towards home, I felt like the heat from the sunlight was penetrating the skin of my face!! 🔥 🥵

The maximum recorded temperature was 43°C.

In the next week, the temperature may reach up to 46°C!

There were some scattered clouds in the sky but no signs of rain yet.

At 4 pm, on my way to the second shift duty, I took the umbrella 🌂.

After lunch, I started walking on the treadmill but I was a bit tired. So, after 10 minutes I stopped. I couldn't make 10k steps on Wednesday!

In the chamber, I consulted a little over 30 patients today. So, I was a bit busy today.

Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?

Yaiks! I wouldn't want to be out and about in such a hot weather. Better stay indoors and cool it off. LOL! Do take good care of yourselves in the hot weather.
