A Two-Day Weekend! | Alive and Thriving on my Weekend!

Hi, again! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It is the alive and thriving report on my weekend.

My usual weekend is on Friday. Last week, I took Thursday off. Hence, my one-day weekend turned into a two-day weekend! I took the day off only to enjoy some free time at home. There was no extra or special task planned!

On Thursday, my son had school. Hence, at around 7:00 a.m., I dropped him off at his school, and at around 1:30 p.m., I picked him up. In between, I had a pretty long second round of sleep. In the afternoon, we skipped a nap. I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes.

In the late afternoon, we went to the rooftop to enjoy the surroundings. In the evening, we went out in our car and visited three shopping centers. We purchased some necessary items from the centers.

My Friday started with performing the Fajr prayer in the mosque. Then I finished the recitation of Surah Al Kahf in one sitting. Afterward, I had a second round of morning sleep. After breakfast, I took care of my kid and did some house chores in between.

At around 11:50 am, my elder kid and I went to the mosque to attend the Jummah prayer. We returned before 1 pm. After lunch, I worked on the laptop for a short period.

In the afternoon, I walked on the treadmill for around 25 minutes. Then, we went to the rooftop again. In the evening, after Isha prayer, we went to the nearby park and spent around half an hour there. My elder kid rode his scooter, I walked along with him, and my wife enjoyed the comfortable weather sitting with the small one!
