A Relaxing Day at Work | Alive and Thriving on Saturday, Nov 30, 2024 |
Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's the alive and thriving report on Saturday, November 30, 2024!
The last workday of November was somewhat relaxing. There wasn't any rush at all except for the last hour when I got several patients together. Altogether I consulted 31 patients in my chamber on Saturday.
Today there was strong wind the whole day and evening. The temperature was chilling. That could be a reason for fewer patients today. At the time of writing this post, the temperature was 18 degrees!
In between two shifts of duty, I made a 20-minute treadmill walk. It helped me reach 10k plus steps today (10,934 steps to be exact according to the Fitbit app).

Is your temperature 18C or 18F if it is centimeters it would be the same temperature or close to it here, I am having somewhere in the 60s F it is chilly to us and windy no fishing for my husband.

It's Celsius :) If it were Fahrenheit, it would be a minus temperature. We never have a zero or minus degrees here.

It's always good to take time for ourselves while working. We need to take a few minutes to relax so we can work in a good mood and without a lot of stress.
