A Lazy Day | Alive and Thriving on Feb 23, 2025
Hi there. How are you? I hope you are doing great. Welcome to my short diary for Sunday, February 23, 2025.
On Sunday, my morning shift duty was at 8:30 am, instead of 8 am. Moreover, my kid's school was off. Hence, I had a second round of morning sleep. In the afternoon, the evening shift duty was at 5 pm, instead of 4 pm. So, I had another round of sleep (afternoon nap). After returning home from the clinic, I lost the motivation to walk on the treadmill. Instead, after wasting some time on Facebook, I went to bed. So, it was a super lazy day. I failed to reach the 10,000 steps mark.
I had duty as a reliever doctor in another clinic. It wasn't a busy day at work. I consulted 25 patients in that chamber.
Okay. That's all for today. Alhamdulillah, I am alive, healthy, and thriving. How about you?
