A Busy Monday at Work | Alive and Thriving on Feb 17, 2025

Hi there. How are you? I hope you are doing great. Welcome to my short diary for Monday, February 17, 2025.

My Monday started performing the Fajr prayer in the mosque, Alhamdulillah. On returning home, we got our kid ready for school. We left home at around 6:50 am. After dropping him to school, I returned home at around 7:15 am. After breakfast, I joined the morning shift duty at 8 am. The shift ended at noon. I went directly to school, picked up my kid, and returned home together.

After lunch, I had a short afternoon nap between two shifts. Then I joined the evening shift duty at 4 pm. The shift ended at 9 pm. Today, I consulted 40 patients in my chamber. One of the doctors was off today. Hence, more patients! In the visa medical section, over 40 people came for the fitness test.

On Monday, I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes after 10 p.m., which helped me reach over 12k steps.
