Qurator's Photo Quest | Ruins

Hello hive friends,

Last month we went on a trip to the Alpujarra mountains. When I was driving around there, I saw a couple of ruins and one of them caught my eye. It looked like a big beautiful house one day and now its abandoned and falling apart.

I walked around it to see what was going on here.

The autumn colors were very nice up there in the mountains. I really needed to look twice if it really was an abandoned building. And its always exited in the beginning. Maybe there are people in here. Ore maybe a wild animal made this his home.

Wel, street artists did found the spot already.

It looked like they just closed the doors with new bricks. The streetart did tell us something. Shal I stay out and not go in?

This building still looked pretty good. I was continuously wondering why people are not doing any thing wit buildings like this. Such a shame.

The driveway up to the house was very pretty in autumn colors.

And the strais to the garden and a nother part of the plot with an abandond house who was gated off. I respect gates like that. I am not messing around in there.

But there was an entrance in the main building that had the brick wall hammerd out. And I went for it.

The ceiling and the stairs didnt look that solide any more.

I did walk up the stairs till halfway but it didnt feel safe. And I was alone there so I didn't go up.

I did make one picture from the top floor, stratching out from halfway up the stairs.

But the downstairs floor looked more interesting to me. It was dark but withe some cracs in the walls were the sunlight came trough. It looked ver spooky, I love that.

I like these two pictures very much. This is how urbex should feel.
