Açai reminds a blueberry so the smoothie is acidic people tends to put lots of sweet stuff to balance that, the way I asked in this case it turned a bit to sweet for me. the cheese bread is a good salty snack. Traditionally we use a strong cheese which is similar to a cheese that I get here called Friulano that resembles a bit of Montasio cheese there. But you can also adapt with some Parmigiano Reggiano if you want to spend more money xD .

Usually I prefer and buy a pecorino or grana padano, is a bit more expensive that this fake cheese but still they make some good job in most of the recipes :)
Grana padano is a quality product too, but buy the triangle not the one already crumbed🤣
