More growing in Hive for 2024?
It is always good to think about our goals around here. I just woke up with all the cryptos that I hold in a red situation after a couple of days into the green. Well, these things will continue like that until some decision from Government authorities about what they are going to do with crypto. But yeah I've got around 2700 HP now what? My first full year at the hive in 2022 I didn't get as many rewards as in 2023, I also decided to explore many more hive engine tokens. In 2023 I decided to go more with hive power, so I almost powered up the same quantity of Hive compared with the HP claimed. I went from 1000 HP to 2000 HP very fast and now I am approaching 3000 HP. I produced 157 posts, mostly in our Hive Learners community.
É sempre bom pensar sobre nossos objetivos por aqui. Acordei hoje com todas as criptomoedas que possuo em uma situação negativa, depois de alguns dias no positivo. Bem, essas coisas vão continuar assim até alguma decisão das autoridades governamentais sobre o que farão com as criptomoedas. Mas é isso aí, agora tenho cerca de 2700 HP, e agora? No meu primeiro ano completo na Hive em 2022, não recebi tantas recompensas quanto em 2023. Também decidi explorar muitos mais tokens da Hive Engine. Em 2023, optei por investir mais em hive power, então praticamente aumentei a mesma quantidade de Hive em comparação com o HP reivindicado. Passei de 1000 HP para 2000 HP muito rápido e agora estou me aproximando dos 3000 HP. Produzi 157 posts, principalmente em nossa comunidade Hive Learners.
Posting to get into dolphin status
I still see the best way to be rewarded in the blockchain is writing, until they decide to do something else with the rewards pool, if they change something. So I will continue to write and produce the best content that I think about. I think that my limit is a minimum of 3 posts per week, but in some rare weeks, I can still achieve 5 posts but not more than that. Weekends are still sacred as family time so no time to interact much with the blockchain. Most of the HBD rewards will be focused on growing my HP stack, I will achieve the dolphin status for sure this year. Maybe I will do another assessment in June to see if the dolphin status is very far. Last year I had an experience with Hive that was delegated to me and I got a dolphin status for a month, it was amazing to get 1 hive per day or a bit more. We are talking something around 130$ per year just clicking by clicking vote bottom in my favorite posts.
Investing in community
As I mentioned before Hive is different from other tokens, we have a very strong community sense. As a Hive investor, I foresee that Hive will succeed, so for me, it is very interesting to have a healthy community that brings more people into Hive. I love participating in initiatives that focus on that, such as the Hive Pizza initiative to delegate 500 HP to new users, or the new HOC community created by @bitcoinman and @builliontools, I know that there are some other initiatives like that. Also, it is a great opportunity to meet new people and friendships. Another key that I like to push is diversity. I would love to see more women representation, see Ladies on Hive growing, and also LGBTQ+ communities like Queer Coin community. I should do some more targeted posts focusing on diversity and hopefully, more people will post about their challenges and empowering themselves.
Witness growing
My last post presented for the first time my witness and how productive it is and how much people around me helped to grow where it is. Currently, it is around the 120's most voted witness, which brings me 1 block around every 18 hours. I am curious to see if I get into the top 100! Because of that, I will continue to try to find potential voters who would like to help me with that.

Investindo na comunidade
Como mencionei antes, a Hive é diferente de outros tokens, temos um forte senso de comunidade. Como investidor da Hive, prevejo que a Hive terá sucesso, então para mim é muito interessante ter uma comunidade saudável que traga mais pessoas para a Hive. Adoro participar de iniciativas que se concentram nisso, como a iniciativa Hive Pizza para delegar 500 HP a novos usuários, ou a nova comunidade HOC criada por @bitcoinman e @bulliontools, sei que existem outras iniciativas assim. Além disso, é uma ótima oportunidade para conhecer novas pessoas e fazer amizades. Outro ponto que gosto de destacar é a diversidade. Adoraria ver mais representação feminina, ver o Ladies on Hive crescendo, e também comunidades LGBTQ+ como a Queer Coin community. Deveria fazer mais posts direcionados à diversidade e espero que mais pessoas postem sobre seus desafios e se empoderem.
Crescimento como testemunha
Meu último post apresentou pela primeira vez minha testemunha e como ela é produtiva, e quanto as pessoas ao meu redor ajudaram a crescer. Atualmente, está entre as 120 testemunhas mais votadas, o que me proporciona um bloco a cada cerca de 18 horas. Estou curioso para ver se entro no top 100! Por causa disso, continuarei tentando encontrar eleitores em potencial que queiram me ajudar com isso.
Hive is a web3 land of possibilities. And I am willing to see where it will get despite of very negative messages about crypto in general that I read this morning. I see a beautiful future in Hive and I wish that everyone around me also see that. Of course, in crypto life, you need always to have an exit plan, since this Utopia can end anytime. But for now, I am heading somewhere with goals that for me are pretty doable.
A Hive é uma terra de possibilidades na web3. Estou disposto a ver até onde ela chegará, apesar das mensagens muito negativas sobre criptomoedas em geral que li esta manhã. Visualizo um futuro promissor na Hive e desejo que todos ao meu redor também enxerguem isso. Claro, na vida cripto, é sempre necessário ter um plano de saída, já que esta utopia pode terminar a qualquer momento. Mas, por enquanto, estou seguindo em direção a metas que considero bastante alcançáveis.
