Finally the albertossaurus silver is in my hands.

  I have been into some dinosaurs in front of Silver coins. And this collection if 20 dollars of Canadian Dinosaurs was always in my mind, and in the end I could buy all 4 of the collection at one time, but I forgot to take a picture of the other 3. The 4 coins are from 2015, and it is very difficult to get them and usually pricey. I was lucky that I got a good price under 60 dollars each and it was the only chance. One of them is a bit tonned but since I got near the spot It can be sold

  I am living in Alberta, and as a friend from Brazil told me once, the only time they heard about Alberta was because of these big lizard hahaha. The Royal Tyrrell Museum ( a museum dedicated to ancient animal fossils) has the bones of one of them on display. Nothing more Albertan than being proud of a dinosaur named after being discovered here. And, guess what the name of the museum is in honor of the geologist who found this animal, Joseph Tyrrell. So the dinosaur plays an important role for the province and the country.

  Despite the similarities with the T.Rex. Albertossaurs were a bit smaller, but still a prey nightmare. The interesting thing is that they lived in different eras. T.Rex only appeared 2 million years after the extinction of Albertosaurus. So they weren't hit by a meteor. There was another mass extinction that occurred due to climate change in North America, and they may have been victims of that.

  The coin brings a beautiful Albertosaurus designed by Julius Csotonyi (JC mark in the coin) that looks like hunting with its open mouth. One interesting part of the coin is the bottom part. All dinosaurs are stepping in the soil with their full species name in there, like this one. It is a one-ounce silver coin that brings some value to the collection, especially for a coin that was sold initially for 90 CAD and bought for around 55 CAD.

  It is crazy how we find coins that we are looking for, at a good price. That makes us jump and avoid missing this opportunity. I am just buying at a moment a 100g Germania poured bar. Those bars are amazing. The price is quite normal for Germania mint, but they are getting difficult to find around and the premiums are getting higher with these beauties. Soon I will post more silver that I was dreaming of having and I found it at a good decent price.

E essa coleção de 20 dólares de dinossauros canadenses sempre esteve na minha cabeça, e no final eu consegui comprar as 4 moedas de uma vez, mas esqueci de tirar uma foto das outras 3. E adivinhem qual é o nome do museu em homenagem ao geólogo que encontrou esse animal, Joseph Tyrrell? Portanto, o dinossauro desempenha um papel importante para a província e o país.

  Apesar das semelhanças com o T. Rex, os albertossauros eram um pouco menores, mas ainda assim eram um pesadelo para as presas. O interessante é que eles viveram em eras diferentes. O T. Rex só apareceu 2 milhões de anos após a extinção do albertossauro. Portanto, eles não foram atingidos por um meteoro. Houve outra extinção em massa devido às mudanças climáticas na América do Norte, e eles podem ter sido vítimas disso.

  A moeda traz um belo albertossauro desenhado por Julius Csotonyi (marca JC na moeda) que parece caçar com a boca aberta. Uma parte interessante da moeda é a parte inferior. Todos os dinossauros estão pisando no solo com o nome completo da espécie ali, como este. É uma moeda de prata de uma onça que agrega valor à coleção, especialmente para uma moeda que foi vendida inicialmente por 90 dólares canadenses e comprada por cerca de 55 dólares canadenses.

  É incrível como encontramos as moedas que procuramos, a um bom preço. Isso nos faz pular e não perder esta oportunidade. Estou comprando agora mesmo uma barra de Germania de 100g. Essas barras são incríveis. O preço é bem normal para moedas da Germânia, mas está ficando difícil encontrá-las por aí e os prêmios estão ficando mais altos com essas belezuras. Em breve, postarei mais moedas de prata que eu sonhava em ter e encontrei por um preço bem decente.
