Population Control: Necessity and Responsibility in Modern Era

The people living on any country may be the asset for the country oe may be the burden on the country. The health population works towards the development of country and the over population is the big burden on any country and leads to many other problems like poverty, crime, lack of education and basic amenities. If I talked out my country India sd thr latest data we were ranking second in terms of total population and our neighbors country China is leading. The approximately 1.33 billion people living in India and its one of the biggest democracy country in world. The growth rate of is around 0.99% which is lower then the previous years data. So the growth rate is declined over the years.
As I mentioned the people loving in a country or population of a country are great assets as they are the one who participate in the development of the country and when the population is in control, it's easy for the government also to facilitate them with basic amenities and provide them the basic necessary items. The resources allocation is also good and sufficient in that case. The over population has many bad effects on country's financial and social conditions. It's not easy for Goverment to provide them basic necessity like medical, education & other development etc. The basic need of every person is food, shelter and clothing and if them population is more then the production of food items, form where they will get sufficient quantity of items in their meal. The result is increase in inflation and crime.
So here the question aries- Is it right or wrong if a Government interfere in the family planning of people living in the country? Of course the main motto here is to control the population keeping in mind the well being of the citizens of the country.
In India as I know their is no law which interfere in the family planning of any couple but their are some laws and policies which promote and regulate family planning. In my opinion it's fine if Government come up with a law which restrict the citizens of country to over populate. Form our youg age we heard saloons like "Bache Do He Achee" means two kids are good. And personal a agreed also. If I talked about the situation 20 -30 years back, at that time having more kids like 6 to 7 or more also was the necessity if time. The medical was not so much advanced and the death rate was high. Having more kids means they were assuring that their family will grow. The more member in the family also means the more workforce. And it's very important in a country where most of the people are depends on the agricultural. The more the kids means less dependencies on other for work. But now days the medical become much advanced and the technology made the agricultural work also easy. So the time has changed and the situations also.
We always complaining that the Goverment is not doing the work for the better conditions of the people living in country but we do not think howuch efforts and money is required to make the such arrangement. Of the family planning is the way to make the situation better then its responsibility of individuals also living in the country. Now days the people are aware and educated enough that they understand the situation well and think about the country not as a individual. So by introducing any law or policy by the government will not only solve the problem ots in the hands of peoples itself. They have to take the situation seriously and have to react accordingly.
