Frontier Mode is not Easy - Game Play and Draws

Frontier game mode has been more tough then I expected, I am not able to go beyond the Bronze league itself. The rating system is designed in such way that when we lost the battle we lost the rating and I am like wining one battle and loosing two.

Understanding the game rule and choosing the suitable splinter and cards is very essential even in the lower league also. I find that this is not the case that a single splinter is dominating in even lower leagues, which was not the case in the past. I always find that when I started the game and Beta edition was live at that time. I was always impressed by the green team as the Golam with self healing and Nymph with tank healing ability were unbeatable. The game rule were also limited and the only single rule per battle was available. Now we can see the double and triple rule also which not only add more fun in the game nd also gibe new life to some cards which were not much useful in the past. When I saw a card i.e Dread Tafarian with self healing ability in green team I was like that in Frontier mode also the greens will dominate other teams but the mechanism proved me wrong.

The healing ability of Dread Tafarian along with the 1 shield and 6 health is not sufficient , the one reason is the mana cost also. You have to spend the 9 mon to summon this card and that is too much. When you are playing in the Frontier mode the battle with even 30 mana is also looks like shortage of mana. The reason is that most of the cards cost high mana to summon. Other then Dread Tafarian I found the Kicking Roc & Wilhelmdale Deputy also useful cards from the green team.

They both have the good ranged attach and the speed is on slower side but the Kicking Roc with 2 speed and three ranged attack is very powerful card at those initial levels. I love to use both the cards in Unprotected rule but of course the mana cost also matters a lot here. In case I have sufficient mana and the one rule set is unprotected I just o with those cards. They directly hit on enemies life and combining these two means they are capable of taking 5 health if hit the target. The other game rule most suitable is the reverse speed, of course if the mana cost permits.
After the update on 12th August the Frontier mode become more interesting as the Draws were added as rewards and player check their luck every week for those draws.

I am not the luck player in both the recent draws but not loosing the hope. I the first draw I was bale to participate with 10 entries and total enters were 40016 numbers. As I know in the first draw has total 76 lucky players and @hornyfantasy was one lucky person who won the Arcane Curator with only two entries. Obvious he is luck in terms of lest draw entries amount the winners. Many congratulation to @hornyfantasy. If you do not know then I love to share that 5920 Black Foil Foundation cards, 1470 Gold Arcane Foundation cards, 592 Black Foil Arcane Foundation cards will be distributed to the players through those draws.

Second draws results were out five days back i.e on 25 August and I entered with 8 draws but the total entries were more then .5 times the previous draw i.e 60846 numbers. Here also @pippin Won Great Bear Druid with only 2 entries. Many congrats to @pippin .

Following three Legendary Cards (form Neutral, Death and Water splinter) pulled form previous season loot chests. Kulu Matermind looks awesome and Drybone Raider looks dangerous. Waiting for Gold Foil Legendary.

Rental Earnings

Rental earning are not good as most of the cards has been moved to lands. This season the rental is almost zero. Card are more productive on lands in my opinion.

In last season earned 56 DEC token as Rental Income using the Splex.gg.
