Happy Sunday to all of you. I was at home only for most of the time. But in the evening we all got o market. It was nice day spend with family and we watched some movies also through out the day. I was suppose to meet someone but unfortunately I was not able to contact him so no meeting happened today.
Its Sunday so Its time to share some creative activities in #hivelearners community. I often participate in weekly writing contest on hive learners community but I guess this is my first participation in the creative Sunday. I decide to share some creative work I done with my kid @gurseerat few weeks back . Unfortunately I was not able to share that time but now is the time and I guess this will not break the rules of participation. It was Mother Day and my kid asked me to help her to make a card on mother day. So we worked together to make a beautiful card. Let me share the step by step process we follow.

The items required are colorful sheets (pink and white color sheets), pencil, scissor, glue & scale only.

The card we made was in the shape of flower and has two parts joined together - internal petal an outer petal.
We stated with the outer petal and decide to make it with the pick color sheet.

Cut the sheet in to 21cm by 21cm square.

Fold it in the way shown in the below picture (make a tringle after folding).

Unfold it and you will be able to see the folding mark clearly.

Repeat the above step to fold in another direction also.

Put it as shown in the below fig. The folding should be downside.

Fold it from the center as shown in below picture.

Hold both side from the center fold and fold it as shown in the below picture.

Now we will make heart shape.

Cut the sheet in to 10cm by 10cm square.

Fold it and make triangle shape as shown in below picture.

Draw half heart shape with the help of pencil.

Cut the shape using the scissor.

Here is the final shape we got after unfolding.

Use the cut sheet to draw the heart shape on pick folded sheet.

Cut the pink sheet but do not cut the vertical corner.

Here is the final shape we got after unfolding. Our outer petal of flower are ready now.

Fold it again and place the white heart shape cut sheet on it. Using a glue paste it as shown in below picture.

Its time to make some drawing on it. We make eyes, tongue and little heart.

Now we will stated with the inner petal and decide to make it with the white color sheet.

Cut the sheet in to 19.5 cm by 19.5 cm square (smaller then the pink sheet).
Repeat the steps followed to make the outer petal.

Paste the inner petal on the outer petal as shown in below picture.

I draw heart shape and write "Love You Mummy & Happy Mother's Day"

Now we will make branch using then pink sheet. Take a sheet with length three to four time the width.

Start roll form one side as shown in the below figure.

Fix the end using the glue.

Glue it on the back side of the flower we make.

Here is the final out come.
