This is really a nice strategy to get to 200k coti and am sure you will be there any time soon. One quick question when the staking period ends is all the stake available as liquid automatically or we need to pay fees again to get it liquid. Let's take example of your stake here 61k+ coti how much we will need to pay in fees to have this liquid..cheers

No when the stake unlocks it is liquid. I am not sure what the fee is when you withdraw fuds from treasury, but my understanding talking to others it was minimal.
As far as I remember I had staked coti for a short term earlier and when the time lapsed i didnt see the liquid coti and I guess there was a step required to withdraw funds from treasury and looking at the fees i decided to rather keep it vested for another round i.e. a year. cheers
