RE: MY EXPERIENCE WITH TRAFFIC

We’ve been dealing with local construction projects and sometimes struggled with proper traffic control during roadworks. There’s so many companies out there, but not all are organized or reliable. How do you guys usually choose your traffic management partner? Any red flags or signs to watch for?
