Cloud mining eliminates hardware headaches but you lose control over the operation. Been comparing it to self-hosting and there are trade-offs both ways. With bitcoin hosting services you still own the actual miners but don't have to deal with cooling, electricity, or maintenance. It's a middle ground between cloud contracts and home mining. You get better profit margins than cloud mining since there's no middleman taking cuts, but without the noise and heat problems at home. The hosting fees are usually reasonable and you can upgrade or move your equipment when needed
