Your energy provider does suck (I guess it's the same as mine)... So maybe if you already have a bad situation, then consider staying off-grid? :-) Have you considered putting windmill generators to keep up with winter consumption?
Try to ask GSM operators about port blocking, as such blocking seems ridiculous. Maybe they block Hive p2p too? Also, try Starlink :-)
