Veridia Vanquished!!

Now I know I said stuff like good riddance to veridia, but I've been told I was stubborn since I was a kid. A crushing defeat is not enough to make me give up! Once more, I decided to challenge Veridia again with my destruction deck, ready to engage in a battle for the ages.. And what a battle it was!! Bards will sing of it for generations! History will be rewritten!!

I started relatively well by wiping out that cheating bear

6 turns in this time, I was still holding strong. I still didn't give up as the Vile EMP-eror was summoned.

Now I was limited in what I could do because of the evil EMP-EROR's dying ability. I had to tread carefully, and found a way to prevent him from attacking me directly.

Alas, the absolute clone was played and wiped out both field and my hand thanks to the evil EMP-EROR's death throes. But what do you know?? Lady luck finally smiled upon me as I drew my own Absolute clone next turn. I was still in the game!! Just had to tank a direct hit first as I didn't have enough battery to summon mine that turn. Taking that 9 damage almost stopped my heart, but I was still in the game and channeled my inner Jaden Yuki (The duel isn't over until the last card is drawn!)

Down to 4 HP with my absolute clone dominating the field, I was feeling like Yugi with a Dark magician of chaos.. hehehe

Here, this stupid sloth put my champion to sleep, but I was counting on my Sasquatch to come and clear the field.

Somehow, my champion was taken out, and the stupid gecko summoned more tanks with protect to slow me down even more! Things were looking bleak.

I was somehow able to clear their field of the annoying geckos, but was down to my last HP, with my adversary healing themself. Even with all that, I still didn't give up!!

I persevered until I juiced up my mechs with a red potion and put Veridia out of its mystery once and for all!

Victory!! I am the champion!!! At this point, I should be called, 'The Conqueror' or "The Destroyer"... Hmmm... Decisions decisions.
