June Week 3 Challenge

Hello fellow Hivers! It's another week with exciting things happening. As usual, lets get on with this week's topic!

Prompt: “The Voice That Knew Before I Did”

Before logic, before evidence, before anyone else said a word, there was a feeling. A knowing. For this prompt, explore the mysterious force of intuition: that gut sense, inner signal, or unshakable instinct that whispered the truth long before it was clear.

  • What did your intuition tell you? Was it a warning, a pull, a quiet yes or a loud no?
  • Did you listen or ignore it? And what happened because of that choice?
  • How did it feel? Was it subtle or overwhelming? Comforting or unsettling?
  • Where do you believe it came from? Memory? Ancestry? Spirit? Survival?

Bonus challenge: Let your poem flow like intuition itself; nonlinear, dreamy, led by emotion over logic.

Let the reader feel the invisible thread tugging you forward… or pulling you back. Show the quiet power of what we know without knowing why.
