The energy burst is always fun and welcome, and it certainly is a great way to start the day. We make three days at a time and put in the fridge, so first thing is have that smoothie!
Love that! Prepping three days worth is such a smart move. Having them ready to grab from the fridge makes it so much easier to stay consistent.
