The FFWCC is holding a meeting this month to discuss what they are going to do about trout laws. The Sportfishing groups want them to be catch and release only, and will try to get FFWCC to do this, which means complete closure to commercial fishermen.

Once fishing becomes nothing but a catch-and-release "sport", all we will be left with are artificial fish farms and maybe someday synthetic meat fish. Ewwww.

This trout is now too big to keep

All these rules and regulations. To make a fisherman throw back his fish because it's "too big". Ridiculous! Imagine telling a gold miner to throw back the nugget he found because it's "too heavy". Pffft.

Back in the olden days, every fisherman had a pitchfork and torch (and several dozen friends), to make sure the "regulators" could never get in the way of their business.
