Last two points could be debated.

Veganism isn't my choice, but a plant / whole food diet has been proven to be quite healthy. And if we are to believe the bible (if you do) it's God's original diet.

And as an Adventist, I can tell you for a fact...The blue zone of Loma Linda, California has very little meat being consumed.

I can say that everyone is different and their bodies require different things. I know some vegans that are in great shape, but they have to supplement almost everything like amino acids, etc. I know it made me feel weak when I tried.

I am not sure what your religion has to do with this but there is not much of a debate. Vegans should take supplements because of the lack of specific nutrients in their diets. I am not saying it is not healthy. Just certain nutrients are lacking.
God's original diet?
Was Jesus a vegan?
The Holy Eucharist literally transforms into the flesh and blood of Jesus.
Jesus lost most of his followers when he made this clear in John 6: 53-58. Many disciples left him because of this.
If you go to Nicoya in Costa Rica, another Blue Zone, you will see meat and dairy are a big part of their diet.
