Happiness is free and we shouldn't tie our happiness to anything or anyone. But there's something that we have or something that happens that spices up the happiness inside us and if we don't we tend to be unhappy.

  • Food

I don't know how this happen s but food makes me happy 😂. Like good food is my love language. Like they say a hungry man is an angry man. There's this happiness when you see food and a filled stomach.

  • Money

We need money for literally everything in life and over 80% if not more of our problems can be solved with money. So being paid or having dash money literally makes me happy. Being broke is an experience I really don't want to have.

  • Seeing my parents happy

There's this joy seeing your parents smile and be happy. They deserve all the joy and happiness in the world because of the sacrifices they have made.

  • Sleeping

Funny how this makes me happy. I don't joke with my sleep. Having good sleep helps your mental health and keeps you fit and happy. If you're lacking in sleep you noticed you might be unhappy.

  • Assisting people

Being able to help people around me makes me happy. I become happy seeing that they are smiling and God used me to help them. That's why I pray to God to bless me so I will be able to reach out to many.

Haha my Sunday food is finished
Cooked the rice since yesterday so it's not much today

Happiness is free and is a mindset to look at the future with positivity. This is a great way to stay happy.

That sleeping is not my thing at all, but I have a friend who likes to sleep alot and the kind of joy on her face is none to compare with
