Memories Of Mother's Day In My Church.

I actually refer to this platform as a house of memories because it's mostly on this day that I begin to search deeply for memories that are so significant to me, I think mother's day world wide is not just one specific day because I hear this church celebrate theirs on this Sunday and a different church on another Sunday so you wouldn't blame us if we still share memories on that and on this note I would like to roll back on the celebration of mother's day in Federal College of Education Pankshin Chapel Of Redemption to be precise, they had a celebration last Sunday and it was on the celebration of our special and unique mothers so let's go on the memory lane.

So they started with many activities which one of the activities is women singing on stage with their paper crown, the worden of the song was in adoration to mother's, praising their efforts so far in training each soul that was inside the hall and they sand with their glorious voices performing very wonderful.

To the next activity is a little drama that displayed for us using a woman as a man about to marry and another woman as the bride in a white gown with their chief's bridesmaid and the groom's friend who were also women in men clothing, so their drama was all about a reception which we were told that the wedding happened a day before and they are doing the reception today, we all know that hosting a reception means money spending so that was what it was all about.

They baked a cake which they use to feed the bride and groom, it was used to take pictures and the decorations was so beautiful.

They also did a little decorations on the wall of the church Indicating the women topic for that year and the topic the preacher used to preach that Sunday.

They hired a camera man and a light man who took pictures at every spot of the event, they took pictures of their dancing, their gift presentation, their preaching and many more, so we had these individuals on stand by taking pretty pictures of them.

After the up and down plus keeping us longer than the due time of the church closing we finally closed the meeting and picture snapping became official, they took pictures with the chaplain of the church and they took general picture together.

During the event they sang different mother song that trigger old memories and made me remember all the sacrifices that my mum always make for us inorder to see us happy and I summary I would like to quote just like it was quoted on Sunday that "all of us are product of a woman" meaning all of us were birthed out of a woman's womb none of us fell from heaven, so to all the mother's here we love, honour and appreciate you 🥰🤗.
