The "Must Do"

Most of us live life, expecting and hoping to make the most out of it. This is very normal and natural. We also know the pain of regret and most of us make conscious efforts to avoid it. But how possible is this?

Sometimes, we go out of our way just to try new things, taste new foods, meet new people, experience new places and perform fun tasks. We want to experience it all upto our own personal, moral, cultural, religious, environmental or financial limits.

There is this stuff which I think everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime; the thing called Love.

I don't mean audio love, or make believe. I am talking genuine love, unadulterated.

The kind where someone places you first in their mind. Listens to you, your needs and makes effort to please you. Like going out of their way intentionally just to please you.

Being loved fully is something I believe each of us should experience. But not just that, we should also experience loving fully. This is because love is a two way traffic. Receiving without giving will make it perish quickly and giving without receiving will also make it die.

There's this confidence that comes when you call your love and you are in need. You know that even though she has not picked or he has not picked, a solution is on its way as soon as the call is picked. You also know that even if it's beyond his/her power, you know that efforts will be made to ensure you are satisfied.
Everyone should have this experience.

What of days when you are having a bad day, you can't wait to leave work or school or wherever it is and go somewhere else. Then you arrive home and suddenly, you understand why home is best and it's not the building, but the love within.

Ever declined going for other functions or random outings just because the company of your love is more fun and enjoyable than any other company?

Having someone to laugh with and someone to laugh with you, someone to cry with and someone to cry with you, someone you encourage and someone that encourages you. You push each other beyond your limits and achieve goals because of it, goals that ordinarily seemed impossible.
This is an underrated blessing.

A lot of people may not understand, many doubt it's existence, some even preach against it's existence.
Some experience it but doubt it's genuinity.

Life is individualized but it's impossible to survive alone. Having someone whom you are one with is a gift. It makes life become a whole lot more seamless than it would have been.
Someone who understands you and whom you can trust.

This to me is a blessing and everyone needs to experience it at one point or the other.
That way you can decide if it is worth it or not. If not, how can you tell?

Travels, vacations, hunting, skydiving, hill climbing, all these are interesting and should be experienced but have you thought of how fun they could be when done with that special person that makes everything more memorable and meaningful.
Think about it.
