MondayMotivation: Accepting Challenges

One thing with the mind and body is that they're like an Athlete's body. Hence, the more we accept challenges just like an Athlete's regular body exercise, the more we get better at things we never knew we can do.

That was my experience today after I made a friend's hair. It looks like a simple and regular braiding, but a closer look will reveal something else to a sharp eyes and a beautician.

I will reveal the process later on. For now, see those challenges as exercise to bring out the better you as I wish you a fruitful and peaceful week.
